OMI was an excellent choice for me. They made me feel comfortable right from the start. The consultation process was very informative and helpful in making my decision to go with OMI. My laser specialist was great. She was very friendly and was always concerned with my comfort. The area I had treated were my upper back and shoulders. I noticed hair reduction after my first treatment. I am very pleased with my results and I intend on going back to treat my upper arms.
